Only items that have been purchased directly from EuroSCHIRM USA can be returned to EuroSCHIRM USA. EuroSCHIRM products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policies.
Please DO NOT return anything without contacting us first for instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be processed.
We accept returns under the following circumstances:
You no longer want/need the item
To be eligible for return, the item(s) must have been purchased within 30 days of the request. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. In the event you want to exchange an item, you will be responsible for all shipping charges. Your item must be in the original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
The item is defective
EuroSCHIRM products are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. If, during the warranty period, the item proves to be defective during normal use, we will remedy the defect by either repairing or replacing the umbrella or any of its defective parts, at our discretion.
The item is damaged in transit
Please send images of the damaged item and packaging to email@example.com
To be eligible for a return:
- We require a receipt or proof of purchase (your EuroSCHIRM USA order number will suffice)
- You are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Any/all gift cards are exempt from being returned.
If you are shipping an item over $50, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
We will notify you in the event your return is rejected for any reason.
You are only entitled to a refund of the price you paid.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank/credit card account again.
If no refund is shown, contact your bank/credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
