Great Umbrella and Super Great Customer Service

I bought a Swing liteflex a few years ago and love it. But I recently lost the protective canopy and emailed the company about getting a replacement. The company sent me a replacement protective canopy at no cost! This is great customer service.

15+ years and still great!

I absolutely love my swing liteflex silver UV umbrella. I’ve had it at least 15 years and never had a problem or tear or breakage - even though I’ve had it out in high winds & turned inside out several times! I use it both for sun and for rain. It’s so light and well-designed that even with chronic hand pain I can hold it comfortably for hour-long walks. Going to buy another one to keep in my car so I’m never without it!!!

Quality counts.

Needing an umbrella that protects both from the rain and the sun. Liteflex meets the need. Looks to be made of quality materials and proper design balance. Balance between weight, size, function, and durability. Other brands of similar function available. EuroSCHIRM has a long history of quality. Worth the few extra dollars than some of the AMZ generics..

Excellent service

Ordered on a Sunday and the umbrellas shipped early Monday morning. USA express post worked ver well and the tracking system worked well. We delighted with the umbrellas.
